Key Findings.

We synthesized findings from dozens of gamified engagement and loyalty literature products, a sweep of industry engagement & loyalty programs, and a library of loyalty & engagement academic literature in employee engagement & incentives and distilled them into nine (9) key findings in three (3) categories.
